Mark is a former Provincial and National Weightlifting Champion and record holder. His involvement in the sport of Weightlifting dates back to 1968. Mark is a qualified Weightlifting Coach/Instructor, a Technical  Official/Referee with the Ontario Weightlifting Association and an occasional Masters Competitor.  He is available two evenings and on Saturdays to assist members with improving their Olympic Lifting (the quick lifts) techniques. “I am delighted to be associated with CrossFit Oshawa since 2010. It blends so many physical activities and functional movements sorely lacking in many current fitness facilities. It is refreshing to see members not only doing a workout together but getting to know each other through encouragement, support and participation in monthly fun activities. I only wish we had these kinds of facilities and programs when I was their age.”
