Before purchasing any type of session from CrossFit Oshawa contact us for your two FREE sessions.
*CrossFit Classes run for 1 hour. Coaches will run you through the following:
- 10-15 minute dynamic warm up
- 10 minutes of skill practice
- 25 minutes for the WOD (Duration of the workouts will vary)
- 10 minute active cool-down and stretch
