New Schedule

*CrossFit Classes run for 1 hour. Coaches will run you through the following:

  • 10-15 minute dynamic warm up
  • 10 minutes of skill practice
  • 25 minutes for the WOD (Duration of the workouts will vary)
  • 10 minute active cool-down and stretch
