The CrossFit Ontario Challenge is July 18th. You must register as a participant or as a spectator by July 1st. CrossFit oshawa will be sending a team, so speak with us after you register. We will be holding Tryouts this saturday at CrossFit Oshawa @5pm for the challenge. The winner of the males and the winner of the females for the tryouts will recieve their registrations paid fo by us. Also, CrossFit Oshawa will be closed the day of the Ontario Challenge. (don't be shy, register, CrossFit is for everyone and there will be a scaled version of the challenge for participants aswell).
