During the 15 minute rest you have 3 attempts at a one rep max deadlift. It can be done anytime within the 15 minutes. when the clock hits 15 minutes you willl perform:
10 wall-ball
10 GHD sit-ups
10 pull-ups
post run time, deadlift load, and wod time to comments.
