You must complete on-ramp classes or an Intro Program before signing up for our monthly memberships.**
Intro Program - $150 Our intro program is a great way to get into CrossFit. You will have 5 one on one personal training session with one of our trainers who teach you the basics of the program. You will be educated on the main principles of CrossFit and how it will meet your specific goals and needs. In addition to your 5 personal training sessions you will also have a nutrition consultation where you will be put on a nutrition program that will suit your lifestyle and goals. 4 week session: $250($220- Student/Military/Emergency Services) 6 week session: $300($270- Student/Military/Emergency Services)

Olympic Weight lifting - $50/Month (minimum 3 month commitment)
Our Weightlifting classes are Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 7pm. You will be expected to come to all 3 classes every week. You will learn,practice, and master the snatch and the clean and jerk. You will practice skill and drills that will make you stronger, faster, and more powerfull.
Nutrition Consultation - $35
This is a one hour sit down session where you will learn about endocrinology, macro nutrients, and basic nutritional planning for everyday life. You will learn about the zone/paleo diet and how you can make it work for your health and fitness goals.

The team training package gives every member on the team a 1 month membership and unlimited access to all of our classes. In addition, once a week you will be given exclusive access to our facility and coaches where you will be coached through team building exercises, learn how to work together and have a fun and exciting team workout. This package is great for any team looking to get their players in top physical shape.
