Why You Should Join Our Foundations Program
Our main approach at CrossFit Oshawa is making sure we have safe and effective movement and that it remains consistent before introducing intensity. Our Foundations Program is designed as 3 – private sessions (semi-private and group sessions available if there are more than one individual registering) to introduce you to:
- The skills and confidence to enter regular classes with ease and efficiency
- Our class structure which includes: Warm-up, Mobility, Strength, and/or Skill work, our Work-out Of the Day (WOD), followed up with a post workout stretch.
