A chipper that will start out difficult with the 10 rope climbs, building on last weeks rep count. But as we are aware of in the chipper, it allows for greater levels of intensity as we ‘chip’ away with the movements. Don’t look back (in anger) once we are done with the movement, we are done with it for good and we are onto the next one. Push the pace and flirt with your thresholds today.
