We are happy to introduce a master class, a program designed for people 50+ that are new to exercise or have been away for a few years and want to learn proper techniques and ease into a regular workout regime

How is this class different then our regular classes? Well in CrossFit we teach mechanics, consistency, then relative intensity. In this class we will teach mechanics of movements, and work towards consistency, but control intensity. By controlling intensity it will allow you to ease into CrossFit and focus on the mechanics of the movements.

Maddy Waterfield, a masters athlete who has been doing CrossFit for over 8 years, will be coaching this program. Maddy understands how walking into a gym can be overwhelming or even intimidating, but knows that the gym community will help you become fit and improve your health and well being. She also knows that as we grow older we need to be cognizant of recovery and possibly limitations.
