Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

As many rounds as possible in 25mins of:

400m Run

12 Squat cleans 185/135lbs

15 Ring dips

12 Burpee over the bar
In a long duration amrap athletes can usually look to pace and monitor their intensities. Today’s intensity however will be forced to remain high with some challenging movements in the squat cleans and ring dips. This leaves the runs and burpees to go at a very conservative pace to allow for recovery, a classic: sooth while you move. This will make for an interval type workout.
