with a running 20 minute clock for reps:

tabata row cals

tabata air squats

tabata kettlebell swings@1.5/1pood

tabata push ups

tabata sit ups
For each movement, athletes will complete a full Tabata set (20 seconds, 10 seconds off) before moving to the next one. Each movement is deifferent from the other, therefore athletes should try to treat each one as an individual wod while keeping a steady pace throughout the entire 24 minutes.
