In our efforts to gain as many reps as possible across this 7 round triplet, athletes should note the odd 3:1 work:rest ratio. A 3:1 will not allow us to recover fully but just enough to take the edge off and allow us to feel like we can put more into the first round than we actually should be. Long story short, we need to conserve off the start, there are many rounds to pick up the pace in this one.
