8 reps @ 75%

6 reps @ 80%

4 reps @ 85%

2 reps @ 90%
These squats bring us back on a 2 week squat cycle amidst our Weightlifting cycle that begins next week. Using the barbell control, and the application of force we learned during the tempo cycle.
