50ft Front rack walking lunge

Ascend in weight
Goal with this during our deload week is to target the Glutes/hamstrings of the post chain, and have athletes build to a heavy 50ft effort (2 x 25ft).

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

On 1min x 10mins for reps:

20s max rep power cleans 165/115lbs
Some power endurance with today’s MetCon. Looking for explosive touch n go reps within the short work period. There is no pace, no game plan, just go with this one and try to hang on to some consistency in this 1:3 work/rest ratio.
