Very cool pacing workout today. Keep in mind there will be 150 burpees, it will be temping for us to go out hard on the first 50 burpees. We should realize this workout is won in the burpee pull-ups and lost on the first 50 burpees. Making sure we have just enough left to send it on the last 30 reps of this workout.
