40 Kettlebell step ups 70/50lbs

We will want to start pretty constervatively, athletes will be able to go fairly hard out of the gate spiking the heart rate. This, however, would not be ideal going into the heavy swings and even heavier step ups. We can hang onto the Kettlebell whichever way we’d like stepping up to the box and back down. We should be able to turn on the afterburners and finish hard and strong on the shuttle sprints
