20 Handstand push-ups

100 Double unders

30 Burpees
Today’s Metcon is striaght up go, athletes should be able to push the pace through each movement even though we have a lengthy rep scheme to deal with. We want to be aware of the dynamic push of the burpee and the effects it will have on the 2nd and third round of hspu, but ultimately we want to push this one.
