How the Process Works

Week 1–2 — Foundation

Onboarding, movement screening, and learning the basics. Everything is scaled to your current ability — there is no "too beginner."

Week 3–6 — Building Habits

Showing up consistently is the hardest part. Our community makes it easier. You stop working out alone and start working out with people who know your name.

Week 7–12 — Real Results

Strength increases, body composition shifts, and — most importantly — daily life gets easier. Stairs, groceries, kids — everything feels different.
